Russell has been in the Service industry his whole life. A career Stewart in the US Navy. A graduate from the Certified Executive Chef program at the CIA. A graduate of the Hotel Restaurant Management program at Middlesex County College. A graduate from Starkey International School for Butlers, of Denver, Co. Backed with over 30 years in the food service industry, Russell is a successful Sole Proprietor of a Butler Service located in Somerset County, New Jersey.
Often seen and seldom heard from, Russell is frequently asked, by his clients, to prepare special event meals. His extensive experience, while working at Princeton University as, Dining Hall Director for the Center of Jewish Life and Graduate School, has awarded him with the ability to create an elaborate display of specialties for holidays and family events.
His Butler and Stewart experience comes from managing the needs of Commodore of N.A.T.O while on the flag ship USS MacDonough, DDG39 during to mid 70's. His world travels has taken him from the Arctic Circle, passing within the fiord's of Norway and Southern Chile, and passed Panama, via the canal. While serving the needs of his Commodore, Russell often crossed trained with Butlers from other countries. This insured proper etiquette while attending to the needs of many international diplomats.
If asked what he enjoys most about the profession, it is the satisfaction of knowing his family of clients and everyone else usually are totally satisfied. All needs have been attended to.
